Create an stretch
Creating a new stretch is very easy; To start click on the New icon and follow the following steps:
1. Write the main name of our stretch
2. Add description
3. Select the type of stretch it belongs to (static, dynamic, isometric or proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation)
4. Assign the muscle groups that are involved in the execution of our exercise
5. Mark the desired attributes to represent our exercise
6. Save our stretch and that's it!
