How to log a workout in the BEKEEP app

We will guide you through the process of logging a workout on our platform quickly and easily.

 

Log In:

    • To begin, log in to your account.

 

"My Day" Screen:

    • Once inside, you'll be directed to the "My Day" screen. Here, you'll find a list of your scheduled workouts.
    • If you want more information about a particular exercise, simply click on it.

 

Workout Customization:

    • At the top right of the screen, you'll see an additional emoticon.
    • By clicking on it, all fields that you can adjust for your workout will be displayed.
    • For example, you could assign a duration of 2 hours to a resistance exercise.

 

Borg Scale:

    • It's important to adjust the Borg scale to assess the subjective feeling of fatigue experienced during dynamic exercise.

 

Attendance Record (Optional):

    • If you're logging a group workout, you'll have the option to indicate who has attended and who hasn't.

 

Save and Finish:

    • Once you've adjusted all the details of your workout, be sure to save the changes.

 

Recording Past Workouts:

    • If you need to record past workouts, you can easily do so by navigating to the calendar,
    • selecting the desired day, and following the same steps described above.
