Create an exercise

1. To start creating a new exercise, simply click on the (+) option at the top right of the screen.

2. Add the description of our exercise

  to. Select the name of our activity

  b. Description of our activity if necessary

3. Mark the type of exercise we will do

4. Select the parent exercise of our exercise if it requires it

5. Assign the muscle groups that are involved in the execution of our exercise

6. Choose the attributes that will appear in our planning

  • Repetitions
  •   Time
  •   series
  •   Range of motion
  •   Time

7. Record all the information and that's it, we can now observe our new exercise
