1. Creating a new planning is very easy; To start click on the New icon

2. Complete the information of our athlete

 a. Schedule name

 b. Select our athlete

 c. Write the sports category to which our athlete belongs

3. Fill in all the work hours of the different types of training, which we will carry out in the planning:

  • Hours of Cardio Vascular
  • Force Hours (general + specific)
  • Hours of various sports
  • Coordination/Balance Hours
  • Hours of Strategy / Tactics / Technique

4. Assign activities

5. Add the different stages

6. Save the fields and that's it
