Configuration of the "Menstrual Cycle" Feature in the BEKEEP Application

In this tutorial, you will learn how to configure the 'Menstrual Cycle' feature in the BEKEEP application.

Step 1: Access User Settings


  • Open the BEKEEP application on your mobile device.
  • Go to the "More options" tab at the bottom of the screen.
  • Then, select "Preferences" and then "User Settings".


Step 2: Activate the "Menstrual Cycle" Feature


  • Within the Health subsection, search for and select the "Menstrual Cycle" option.
  • Activate the "Show in My Day" option if you wish to view and configure this feature for your personal tracking.
  • If you also want to allow your coach to know what phase you are in and how you feel to adjust the training, activate the "Show to my coach" option.


Step 3: Configure the Menstrual Cycle


  • Once the feature is activated, return to the "My Day" tab.
  • Click on "Menstrual Cycle" to open the configuration menu.


Step 4: Adjust Menstrual Cycle Settings


  • Within the configuration menu, set the start date and end date of your menstrual cycle.
  • You can also add notes describing how you feel on certain days or moments of the month.


Step 5: Receive Notifications


  • Once this feature is activated and configured, the BEKEEP application will send you notifications with information about your phase and how you should focus your physical activity according to your menstrual cycle.
