Learn to schedule weeks by completing the hours of our stages

Once our stages are created, we will need to generate weekly training hours in each and every one of the stages.

  1. Select the current week
  2. Choose the group of activities that we need to fill out
  3. Add training time for each group and fields (note: Fill in only those activities we need)
  4. Fill in comments and notes for our athlete if necessary
